Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days
In case some items in your purchase are out of stock or back-ordered, an associate will email you to notify you. If emails have not been responded to within 48 hours, the order will be processed without those items. Your payment will be refunded for all items not shipped.
If you need an item to be shipped the same day, please ensure you finalize your order before 1pm Eastern, select express/next day shipping, and email our department at ORDERS@chansilkflowers.com. If we do not respond before 3pm, please give us a call at the store and speak to the Internet Department to ensure we are aware of the urgency.
